As you enter the property on the first floor, you’ll find yourself in a sitting room with an electric fireplace. With large windows overlooking the creek that hosts spawning salmon and migratory birds, you can enjoy the stunning natural surroundings from all areas of this space. Light floods the home during the daytime, and we’ve added top-down bottom-up and blackout blinds for privacy and comfort.

The kitchen, with modern stainless appliances, granite counters, and a table that seats 14, is located to your left as you enter the living room. You’ll find that the kitchen is fully stocked, and we’ve included coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and oatmeal to get you started. The laundry room, complete with a washer and dryer, is located on this floor, and you can expect detergent there left for your convenience.

One full step-in tub/shower bathroom is located down the hallway from the kitchen, with two guest rooms located across from it. One guest room features an electric inclining queen bed and a second twin bed. One smart TV, dresser and closet space make it suitable for long stays. The other room on this floor has a twin bed with a trundle, a wardrobe and office space with a desk. We’ve added two additional fold-out memory foam mattresses that can be used anywhere in the house for additional sleeping surfaces. The downstairs living room couch may also be used as a bed.

From the first floor, you’ll climb approximately 10 steps to the second-floor loft area. Here, you’ll find a 65” smart TV, high-speed unlimited internet, a lounging couch, a table with stools, a game/bookshelf, and a foosball table – perfect for gathering and having fun with guests of all ages.

The master bathroom, located off the second family room and connecting via a walk-in closet to the master bedroom, features a walk-in shower, double granite vanity, and soaking tub with red light therapy. We’ve included toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both bathrooms for your convenience. The master suite features a king memory foam bed, a dresser, and a smart TV. The second upstairs bedroom contains a memory foam queen and twin bed with a dresser and closet.

You’ll have access to all spaces of the property, including two spaces in the driveway for parking, free street parking, and access to the front and back yards, with the exception of the garage and secondary loft apartment unless booked concurrently.

This stunning property is situated in the coveted Valley of the Moon neighborhood, offering unparalleled access to the breathtaking Valley of the Moon Park. Spanning a remarkable 21.78 acres, this community-use park is located between downtown and midtown along the Chester Creek Greenbelt. It is a beloved Anchorage destination, boasting an array of amenities for all ages to enjoy, such as a children’s playground, two picnic shelters with grill stations, a community garden, a ball field, and a fenced off-leash dog park. Additionally, the park is home to a serene stream that hosts spawning salmon in the summer, as well as open space and forest, providing a peaceful retreat from city life. Access to this park is conveniently located just two houses down and across the bridge.

A picturesque, easy walk in Anchorage is right at your doorstep, with direct access to the Chester Creek Trail. This 4-mile-long path, which runs from Westchester Lagoon to Goose Lake, is both flat and paved, making it ideal for a leisurely stroll. Despite its proximity to neighborhoods, the trail is part of the city’s “greenbelt”, a wooded area that offers a true escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Notably, Chester Creek intersects with the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail, which provides plenty of opportunities for unforgettable photo ops and encounters with the local wildlife.

If you’re in need of public transportation, several of the main bus lines are just a few blocks away. Alternatively, local cab services, Uber, and Lyft are also readily available in the area, arriving within minutes.
